Isaac's 11th Birthday Party

I had always promised Isaac a 10th birthday party, but because we were still living at the house in town when he turned 10, I said he could have a party when he turned 11 because we'd be in the new house with much more space at Pie Creek. Well, we weren't at Pie Creek, be we were in another house at Dagun... with much more space. So Isaac had 4 friends over to celebrate his 11th birthday... Jethro, Charlie, Ryan and Matthew...

Ava's 8th Birthday

Because Ava was turning 8 on the 8th, she was allowed to choose to do something special for her "glory birthday". She chose to ask Matilda to go to Aussie World with her. We went on Saturday 5th because her birthday fell on a school day.

Then Matilda had a sleepover that night, and we went to Grandma's on Sunday for more birthday cake!

On Tuesday, Ava turned 8 on the 8th! She loved her presents, took cakes to school and had more cakes dinner!

Henry's 90th Birthday Party

On the 28th of September, 2013, Henry/Dad/Grandad turned 90!
Dianne & Greg hosted a surprise party at their home at Cooroibah.
There were many old friends, new friends and family.
Isaac played tennis with the other kids for three hours, even when it rained.
We enjoyed slideshows by both Zoe and Dianne. And video footage of the races from back in the 1960s.
His cake was like the cover of his book, "No Guts, No Glory".
