The Cousins Come To Visit

During the school holidays, Greg, Trish, Jewel and Jack came for a sleepover.
The kids were very excited about their cousins sleeping in their rooms.

After a play outside...

...the kids had a movie night with popcorn.

And the grown-ups had a good old catch up...with wine!

After breakfast the next morning...

...and a quick game on the Wii...

...and the kids discovered they all have the Dennis wall climbing gene...

...we went to the new playground near the duckpond.

Everyone had fun.

Then it was time to feed the ducks.

And do some turtle spotting.

We all loved the swans.
And because we had bread, they allowed us to get much closer than usual.

I love the ibises...surely I'm not the only one?

We even saw a crazy looking spoonbill gathering twigs for its nest.

Ava had a turn with the camera...

...and took this stunning shot of Jewel.

And a dog, but luckily she managed to get Trish in the photo because that was the only photo we have of the front of Trish from the whole visit!

Then it was time to go home.
